The party was very special for me, though I've certainly received mixed-reactions about the balloon release in the time since. I am, however, taking note, and appreciate learning from what others have to say. If anyone else chooses to do this, there are several sites online with tips on how to do in the safest: including choice of balloon and what, if any, string to use. The goal here was to share wishes among friends and with strangers. I'm excited to already have connected with several who have discovered the hand-written notes and look forward to more.
